What the service is

Santa Wishlist is a digital Christmas game offered for fun. A wishlist written in the service is not a real order, not a purchase and not a promise that anyone will buy anything. We do not deliver any gifts.

Who may use the service

Anyone may use the service to play.

If an email address is entered in order to receive a copy of the wishlist, this must be done by a parent or guardian who is 18 or older and who confirms this in the last step.

How the service may be used

You may not use the service to:

• write content that is illegal, threatening or intentionally harmful
• enter someone else's email address without permission
• attempt to damage, overload or otherwise misuse the service
• use automated methods to disrupt the service or circumvent technical limitations.

Content you write

You keep your rights to the content you write in the service.

The content of the wishlist is used to provide the Christmas game and, if a parent or guardian requests it, to send a copy of the wishlist by email.

When the wishlist is analysed automatically, certain product, category and brand matches may be used to create aggregated statistics. The letter text itself is not saved in Santa Wishlist's trend database.

Analysis and statistics

When a letter is delivered in the story, the text may be analysed automatically on our server in order to provide the service and to create aggregated statistics about general wish trends.

The analysis compares the text against a fixed list of categories, products and brands. Only structured matches from this list are used in the statistics. The letter text itself is not saved in the trend database.

We may create aggregated statistics from the analysis, for example about categories, products, brands, language, country level and number of letters.

The statistics are designed so that they cannot be linked to an individual user, a child or a single letter.

Availability

The service is offered as is. We try to keep it available and working, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free from interruptions, errors or technical problems.

We may change, limit or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or other consequences arising from the use of the service, to the extent such limitation is permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that may not be limited under mandatory law.

Commercial features in the future

The service contains no advertising, no sponsored content and no commercial links today.

We may add commercial features in the future, for example links to shops or other services. If such features are introduced, commercial links or other commercial content will be clearly marked, and the relevant parts of the service's privacy and usage information will be updated.

Changes and contact

We may change or update the service, its features and these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Santa Wishlist is run by Tobias, operating as a sole proprietorship (Webbvavaren) in Sweden.
